Terms of Service

1. acceptance of terms

By creating an account on SideLion Recruit ("the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. what we do

SideLion Recruit is a soccer coaching recruitment platform that connects coaching candidates with hiring programs. We do not guarantee employment or placement for any user.

3. coach accounts

Coaches may create a free profile if seeking a Graduate Assistant position. All other coaching roles require a $10/month subscription. You may cancel at any time. Your profile will be marked inactive upon cancellation but your data will be retained.

4. hiring party accounts

Hiring party accounts are free. By submitting a hiring profile, you agree that the information provided is accurate and that you represent a legitimate soccer program or institution.

5. your content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, including resumes, questionnaire responses, and profile information. By submitting content, you grant SideLion Recruit a license to use that content to operate and improve the platform.

6. privacy

We collect information necessary to operate the platform. Coach personal information (name, email, employer) is not shared with hiring parties without your consent. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. no guarantees

SideLion Recruit makes no guarantee that coaches will receive job offers or that hiring parties will find suitable candidates. We provide a matching and introduction service only.

8. account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, provide false information, or engage in conduct harmful to other users or the platform.

9. limitation of liability

SideLion Recruit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including employment decisions made by either party.

10. changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
